Ate salmon all week really…
Salmon mousse, Tatter tot waffles, Salmon filet, Smoked salmon and Salmon roe…with Mushroom & Parsley because “Eat your greens!”

Thought I would try to make Fruit paste.Β Strawberry first then Lime. Also made a Lemon Cake filled with Lemon Cream and covered with Meringue. Some Sugar Work for the decoration…
(Isomalt baked between two sheets of Teflon and transferred to a thin layer of meringue for the top decoration)

The trailhead to Morrison Peak is only 35 minutes away from my place so it’s an easy way to go up and down 2000ft without taking too much time out of my day…
Denver downtown can be seen from up there.
