Nice sunrise over Crestone Needle. Reached the summit of Humboldt Peak at around 7am.

Making Torreys & Grays a little bit more challenging. The “knife edge” was fun.
I ran from the summit of Grays back to the trailhead in about one hour. Took me a week to recover. Stupid 🙂

I used parsley, rosemary, basil, sage and mint.
Cooking the chicken in a mix of white wine vinegar / apple cider vinegar.
It’s very refreshing for summer.
