Friendsgiving 2017

Apparently “Friendsgiving” is a thing.
Baking “Date & Pecan” Pie & Lemon Meringue Pie.

As always for the Lemon Pie I used Pierre Hermé’  sweet dough & lemon cream recipe and added Swiss meringue on top.
